I've read many of Crystal Walton's books and have never been disappointed. After reading Book 1, of the Home In You series, "Write Me Home," I thought it was the author's best book, but "Begin Again" topped it! I was drawn into the book from the very start and didn't want to put the book down! Crystal Walton is able to weave the personalities of her characters into this book, which has you laughing and even crying, sometimes. The true to life situations and circumstances of Ti & Drew keep you turning the pages. Fear of the past and how it effects the future, forgiveness and second chances resonates throughout the book, with a message to each reader, too. I would recommend this book to anyone who loves a sweet romance but also likes being reminded that second chances are possible and peace is attainableProduct details

Begin Again Home In You Volume 2 Crystal Walton 9780986288289 Books Reviews
Love, Love, Loved spunky Ti and the banter between her and Drew. I didn't want to stop reading. Great character development and the characters are engaging and interesting. There are no sex scenes in this book.
This book was awesome. I loved Ti when I first met her in Write Me Home and to see she has a story of her own was great. I fell in love with Drew right from the start. He had a lot on his shoulders and had forgotten how to just be himself. Ti on the other hand has issues of her own that she keeps hidden. The way the two get on each other's nerves but at the same time care deeply for each other is such an interesting and fun read. You feel like part of the family.
I loved the character of Ti Russo when I "met" her in Crystal's previous book "Write Me Home", so I was thrilled to read Ti's full story in "Begin Again". Ti has a fun, quirky, tell-it-like-it-is personality, and when she falls for a "set in his ways" Drew, it's a crazy perfect match. It would be left there and it would be a sweet and clean romance. But there is so much depth to these characters that you don't want to miss. Before they can get to a happily ever after they each have to overcome serious and deep rooted hurts that will break your heart right along with them. This story will take you on a roller coaster of emotions and I feel this is Crystal's best book yet! A must read!
This story had all the feels a romance should have. Ti Russo is a talented artist, formal model from New York. She has a horrible past that she continues to run from.
Drew Anderson grew up on a small island where his father ran a trinket store. Drew took over the business after his father died but the business is being foreclosed on unless Drew can find a way to save it.
Ti strolls into the business and takes things into her own hands and helps Drew create a better business. Emotions are high, the banter between them is funny, and their hearts are fluttering while still guarded. Read this sweet story with great characters to see if Drew’s family business can be saved, right along with his heart.
Just finished Begin Again. Wow. Deep, rich characters that I loved and cared about. The damage to the 2 mc's is heartbreaking but I was most upset about Ti's horrible childhood. I was so angry at the people who hurt her--then I had to remind myself that she was so well written that she became real. I rooted for her and Drew. I wanted Drew to be the person she could trust enough to stop seeing the awful men like Jaime.
Well done. I'm in awe of such a deep enriching story that brought me in to share the journey. There were so many parts that I enjoyed. I highlighted 18 different lines/sections in this book. The highest number of quotable moments in a book. This was one I had to read again right away, even though I knew I hadn't skipped anything. I re-read to enjoy the journey once again.
Now, on to the next one because Crystal Walton has now become one of my favorite Authors.
Oh my! This book was so good. I've definitely fallen in love with Walton's writing!
I really liked Drew. I like how even as a single dad he found time to do so much. And I loved Ti in book one so I was thrilled to find she had a book of her own. She is a little eclectic for me but makes for a super fun character to read about. I love how she kept Drew on his toes.
At one point in the book Drew picks up a hobby again after having set it aside for awhile. I won't share what it is for fear of ruining it for someone who hasn't read yet. But I got to see said hobby once as a child on a vacation with my family and loved seeing it as a point in this book! I would love to visit a place where I could see it again!
I'm not a big beach person but this book really made me want to take a walk on the beach and watch people surf. I would also love to visit a bunch of little touristy seaside shops. I think I might need a vacation!
This was another wonderful clean read. I loved that there was passion and kissing but nothing ever crossed the line.
I've already downloaded another book by Walton and can't wait to continue to read more from her.
A dramatic rescue ends in a searing loss. Surfer guy, Drew Anderson is a stressed out, single father of the cutest “sea monkey” on the Carolina coast. “Sacrifice doesn’t build character… It reveals it.” Drew has buried his pain and grief behind his frantic attempts to save his father’s legacy. Witty, free spirited, “hippie girl,” Ti Russo is “seeking a diversion to keep the nightmares at bay…” She has lived a life of fame and fortune but is running from her past. She surrounds herself with light, laughter, and color. “This complicated distraction of a woman knew what he needed more than he did.” I was immediately draw into this journey of love, grace, hope, and forgiveness. Branded by her past, I loved Ti and her quirky nuances. She drew the other characters into her circle of love and acceptance. Grandma Jo is a big, heaping spoonful of Southern sugar. “…the brokenness she hid inside shined through like sunlight through a prism.” Wonderful scenes of love, romance, and drama.
