I read the Andrew York Jonas Wilde (The Eliminator) books when they first came out way back when. This one holds up remarkably well, and was a very entertaining, exciting, well-written read. I'll have to catch up on the others as well.Product details

The Eliminator #3 “The Predator” by Andrew York (Christopher Robin Nicole), features Jonas Wilde, who works for the Elimination Department of British Intelligence; a professional killer, he “eliminates” those deemed a threat to world peace. In “The Predator”, the Elimination Department has been breached and everyone murdered, including a woman Wilde was close to. But now the head of the Department tells him he’s through, and to leave the organization. Instead, Jonas Wilde follows leads to Rome, and is recruited into an army of assassins, who are being trained for a special mission. Wilde joins the army of assassins in order to find the leader who was responsible for the murders in London. This was a surprisingly good spy novel, which is character and plot driven. This is a good story in fact, and the characters are interesting. There is no graphic sex. It isn’t needed to move the story along. And there’s very little language that I can recall. This is a topnotch spy thriller that relies on the plot to move the characters around.
