i think this is a really great book! there is no way you can give this book anything below a 5 star. more than 500 questions on several different topics to discuss with a potential mate including questions i never even thought about asking. i dont have a potential mate but i bought this book so when i meet a future potential mate i can ask all these wonderful questions. in the meantime i ask myself and some of my friends and family and im amazed at how much ive learned about myself, so also its a great book if you just want to ask yourself questions. for example, the topic of money: are you someone who likes to save your money or splurge? do you have a savings account? do you prefer a joint account? or extended family questions like: is your family a positive or negative force in your life? on top of these questions you can always branch out and ask more based on what your partner has to say. My boyfriend and I have had such a neat time going through these questions and deep diving from those questions into other areas getting to know each other, we usually pick several over breakfast on Sunday morning. If you’re wanting to get to know the person you are dating on a deeper level, I highly recommend this book!
These questions are so dumb. I thought they would be interesting and thoughtful. Nope, a 3rd grader could think up these. Pass on by.
This book was so-so for me, I purchased it to read with my boyfriend, which we did. However, since we have read other relationship books together we found , many questions were repeated from other books. So we skipped a lot of the questions
Maybe if it were the first book I had read it would have left a better impression. Rather than just being a okay read. Didn't really get anything from it. I am partial to the book" Dating Ice Breakers 700 Questions". As a beginning point. This book has a similar format.This book has a chapter on sex that gets down to "brass tacks" so it may not be for all readers.
