Perhaps my fascination with Native American culture is what connected me to this book. From the first page, I relaxed into what I just knew would become a facinating story. Women in love, wolf hybrids, Native American practices... what more could I ask for?! The author did a fine job weaving this story. She educated me and tickled that part of my imagination that only gets tickled when it's brought to life through insightful and emotional words. Great job. Highly recommend.

Stacey's story of Long Snows Moon was beautifully put, her way of explain and connecting the Native American ways was very enjoyable, she has a way of placing you within the story, planning on reading more of Stacey's works, outstanding
This book opened my eyes to animal spirits. I learned they are more than just personality. They are here to teach us in ways that I never realized. The romantic story of Devon and Jameson was well written. The combination of Native American practices, romance, and animals was a good read. Romance, knowledge and adventure.
Loved the imagery and the mythology. It was a refreshing, a must read I would recommend to others. I read this with a sense of adventure and a little skepticism. I wasn't disappointed in the least. The writer did a beautiful job of entertaining me, while sending subtle messages that warmed my soul.
lf you want to read something different this is the book. It has way of putting prospective into your life. And the thing is I could relate.
This is a new author to me, and has quickly become one of my faves! The story has suspense, adventure and the added bonus of romance. Exploring the deep ties between spirits of both humans and animals, I felt a profound kinship with the characters throughout the novel. A quick, comfortable read with a meaningful message for all. Well done, Miss Darlington! I anxiously await MORE!
